Place Special Orders for the Scrip You Need! In addition to our wide selection of products, ShopwithScrip can work with some retailers to place special orders for larger or smaller denominations than we normally carry. Small denomination cards can be perfect for grad parties and gifts for teachers, and large denominations are handy for bigger purchases. If you're interested in placing a special order, contact your coordinator (Heidi Martz, Scrip@ALAcoyotes.org) and ask how to get started. Please keep the following in mind when considering a special order: Special orders can only be placed for a limited selection of retailers SWS currently carries. Ask Heidi Martz to find out which retailers are available. Most retailers require a $500 (face value) minimum for special orders, but some require more. The lead time for special orders will generally be longer than SWS's typical turnaround times, and may be as long as two weeks. Heidi Martz can tell you the turnaround time to expect for the particular brand you order. Just like regular orders, SWS cannot begin processing your order until payment is received. A shipping charge will also apply. Special orders are non-stock items and cannot be returned. You may be able to get the denominations you need in printable ScripNow eCards.
