Reload Basha's Cards

Basha's offers convenient Scrip gift card reloading right at their store. This means that you need to purchase just one Basha's card, and then you can reload it right at the store and earn 6% in Scrip rebates.

To share in these rebates you must share your Basha's card number with us at this link.

Basha's sends us a monthly report of reload rebates. ALA will credit your rebates to your Scrip account and send you an email confirmation of these reload rebates.

Basha's cards are valid at all Basha's, Food City, and AJ's stores.

Reload Those Scrip Cards!

While Fry’s no longer supports schools with their reloadable gift program, many retailers DO offer reloadable cards!

Basha’s (AJ’s and Food City too) reloads their Scrip cards right at the register. Be sure to share your Basha’s number with us so that we can share profits with you.

Retailers such as Safeway, Albertsons, Target, Chevron, Shell, and Starbucks (and many more)  allow you to reload your card at ShopwithScrip.com and the funds are available on your card within minutes. In recent weeks I reloaded my Target card in the parking lot via my smart phone. When I checked out a few minutes later the funds were already on my card. How cool is that?

To reload these cards you must enroll at ShopwithScrip.com with ALA’s enrollment code of 99C4D2751263. Then you’re free to reload these cards. If you want your reload immediately be sure to set up PrestoPay. PrestoPay debits your checking or savings account. (Sorry, no credit cards are accepted for PrestoPay due to the fees incurred with debit/credit card transactions.)

If you place a reload order before setting up PrestoPay, email Mrs. Martz and she will release your order to you once payment arrangements are made.

All reloads DO earn Scrip profit that is shared with you in June.

Everyone needs to buy groceries. ALA has Scrip options for every grocery store! Check out all the opportunities for earning Scrip profits while you grocery shop!

Remember, you earn just 0% for ALA when you pay for your groceries with cash, check, credit, or debit. Use Scrip and generate FREE money for ALA and your tuition or congregation!

Fry's & Basha's reloads

If you reloaded your Fry's and Basha's cards during October a confirmation of those reloads was sent to you in the last week. If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact Mrs. Martz (Scrip@ALAcoyotes.org) so that she can make sure you receive credit for your reloads.

Basha's & Fry's reloading

Basha's and Fry's reloading August reports have been received from both stores, and we have emailed statements of your individual reloading to you. If you are reloading but have not received a statement, please contact Heidi Martz so that we can make sure your Basha's or Fry's cards are registered to ALA.

Fry's Scrip Reloading

Are you reloading? Here are some tips:

Purchase a Fry's gift card from ALA (Fry's gift cards purchased AT Fry's are NOT linked to ALA)
Reload (add dollars to) your Fry's Scrip at any register or customer service counter, or at the fuel center.
Pay for your reload with cash, check, credit, or debit.

Purchase your groceries, prescriptions, fuel, and other gift cards (NOT Fry's cards) with Fry's Scrip.

All reload profits will be shared 50/50 with you for tuition credit.
