Scrip Results!

Many people think that the ALA Scrip program brings in a few dollars for ALA, and that's about the extent of the benefit for our students. The numbers tell a different story though:

• Over $8,900 was shared with ALA students for their tuition accounts.
• Over $8,000 was shared with students in our Arizona WELS elementary schools.
• Over $3,700 was shared with our Arizona WELS churches and schools for their ministry efforts.
• Almost $1,500 was shared with the ALA tuition assistance fund. 
• And over $28,000 benefitted ALA's general budget. 

We thank our Scrip users for these wonderful results!

But we know that these numbers could be MUCH higher! The final numbers are determined by how much Scrip the people in our churches and schools purchase. The sky is the limit, there is no cap on the dollars that the retailers will donate to ALA. 

Since Scrip fundraising gift cards cost the user no extra dollars (purchase a $100 gift card and you have $100 to spend), there's no reason NOT to use Scrip.
